Anthoduodenal manometry

In cases of intestinal pseudo-obstruction, Anthorduodenal Manometry can be really advantageous to differentiate myopathic from neuropathic forms and to assess the extent of the disease. It also has excellent potential for assessing patient response to erythromycin or octreotide treatment.

Anthroduodenal manometry can also be used to rule out generalized disorder in patients with indications for colectomy.
